Vidtofy does not currently process direct paid subscriptions or direct paid purchases on the site.

This page should not be read as a statement that an active on-site billing system already exists.

2. Mistaken or Unexpected Charges

If a user believes a charge was made in error in connection with Vidtofy, the user should contact contact@vidtofy.com with enough detail for the service to review the issue.

Vidtofy may ask for limited information needed to verify the charge and investigate the request.

3. If Direct Paid Services Launch Later

Before Vidtofy launches direct paid subscriptions or direct paid purchases on the site, this page should be updated to describe the actual cancellation path, actual refund rules, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the live billing flow.

4. Review Timing

Vidtofy aims to review charge-related support requests as quickly as reasonably possible and to respond within three business days for standard support cases.
