1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what users may not do with Vidtofy. It applies to uploaded reference videos, generated outputs, prompts, accounts, API access if any, and all related use of the service.
2. Allowed Use
Vidtofy may be used for lawful prompt extraction, reference-video analysis, structured scene understanding, and model-aware rewrite workflows based on videos that the user owns or is authorized to use.
3. Prohibited Content and Activity
- Uploading or processing videos you do not own or are not authorized to use.
- Using Vidtofy to support piracy, unauthorized downloading, copyright infringement, or circumvention of third-party platform terms.
- Generating, requesting, or promoting sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW material.
- Using the service for deepfake abuse, non-consensual likeness use, impersonation, harassment, fraud, or deception.
- Using the service to support hate, violence, exploitation, stalking, malware, spam, scraping abuse, or security attacks.
- Attempting to bypass safety measures, limits, moderation controls, account restrictions, or technical protections.
4. Automated Content Review
Vidtofy employs automated AI moderation systems to review user-uploaded content for compliance with this policy. If the system detects a potential violation, the service may be immediately terminated for that specific file, the data will be deleted, and no analysis result will be generated.
Our use of automated review does not relieve you of your responsibility to ensure that your content and use of the service are lawful and compliant with these terms.
5. Enforcement
Vidtofy may remove content, restrict output, suspend access, or permanently terminate accounts when it reasonably believes this policy, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or safety obligations have been violated.
