5. User Uploads and Ephemeral Processing

Users must only upload videos they own or are authorized to use. Vidtofy does not ask users to upload content they do not have the right to process.

To protect our platform and comply with safety obligations, all uploaded videos may undergo an automated safety probe (AI-driven content audit) before deep analysis begins. Files are initially stored in a secure, isolated staging area.

Uploaded original video files are stored for the minimum period required to complete processing (typically less than 1 hour) and are automatically deleted upon task completion, failure, or safety-audit rejection. Vidtofy does not provide long-term video hosting or storage services.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

Vidtofy may use essential cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies to remember language preferences, maintain product behavior, keep sessions stable, and measure basic service performance.

Vidtofy does not present this policy as consent for unrelated advertising or unrelated third-party tracking.

7. Sharing and Third-Party Processing

Vidtofy may share limited information with carefully chosen service providers that help run the product, such as cloud hosting vendors, anti-abuse providers, AI infrastructure providers, storage providers, and email providers.
