1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vidtofy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Vidtofy. If you use Vidtofy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Product Nature
Vidtofy is an independent prompt-extraction and workflow product. References to third-party model families or platforms describe compatibility targets only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation.
4. Permitted Use
- You may use Vidtofy to upload your own or properly licensed reference videos and generate structured prompt output for lawful creative and commercial workflows.
- You remain responsible for confirming that your uploaded material, generated prompts, and downstream use comply with copyright law, platform rules, advertising rules, and any other applicable obligations.
5. User Content and Rights
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant Vidtofy the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and return output based on that content for the purpose of operating the service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to upload and process the content you submit.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not upload content you do not own or are not authorized to use.
- Do not use Vidtofy for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or privacy-violating activity.
- Do not use Vidtofy to facilitate piracy, impersonation, deepfake abuse, sexually explicit generation, malware, spam, scraping abuse, or security attacks.
- Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer non-public parts of the product except where law clearly permits it.
7. AI Output and Model References
Vidtofy is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Kuaishou, Runway, MiniMax, ByteDance, Pika, Luma, or other third-party model or platform providers.
References to model names such as Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, Pika, Seedance, Luma, Hailuo, Vidu, or PixVerse describe compatibility targets only.
Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific workflow. You are responsible for reviewing and editing results before relying on them.
8. Availability and Changes
Vidtofy may change features, limits, supported models, processing methods, pricing, and account requirements at any time. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
9. Fees, Billing, and Refunds
Vidtofy does not currently process direct subscription billing on the site.
If Vidtofy later introduces direct paid features, the applicable price and billing terms must be shown before payment is completed, and any direct refund handling will be governed by the Refund Policy together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.
10. Intellectual Property and Complaints
If you believe content, output, or user behavior on Vidtofy infringes your rights, send a complaint to contact@vidtofy.com with enough detail for Vidtofy to identify the material, understand the claim, and review the request.
Vidtofy may remove or restrict access to content, outputs, accounts, or features when reasonably necessary to investigate rights complaints, abuse, fraud, or safety issues.
11. Suspension and Termination
Vidtofy may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use creates legal or operational risk, or if continued access would harm the service or other users.
12. Consumer Rights and Disputes
These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of a user's jurisdiction.
Before escalating a dispute, users should first contact contact@vidtofy.com so the service has a reasonable opportunity to review the issue and attempt a solution.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Vidtofy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Vidtofy disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidtofy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.
